So, anything happen over the weekend?

An Alabama player won the Heisman. No, really. And here I thought they only won national championships. Still, Mark Ingram was as deserving as any of the other candidates (though I would have voted for the kid from Stanford). I thought his most impressive moment came against South Carolina, when the Tide was nursing a 13-6 lead with 8 minutes left and the ball on their own 32: six straight rushes, 68 yards, touchdown. -- R. Yeah, a pic surfaced of two Vol commitments from Byrnes getting their picture taken with hostesses. Is that Dolly Partons daughter??? If those are the hostesses, UGA has nothing to worry about.

2009 will go down as the year it became OK for football players to cry in public. Now I'm not criticizing, just observing. Ingram cried when he won. Tebow cried when he lost.
